Figured I might also want to post this up, so when it comes to the Arcatraz part of the Karazhan chain, you'll be prepared.
In Area 52 and speak to Nether-Stalker Khay'Ji. He'll give you the quest:
Go to the Arklon Ruins and kill Pentatharon for the crystal artifact you'll be needing. Return to Khay'Ji and he'll send you on:
Head to The Heap and kill the Zaxxis to collect 10 Zaxxis Insignia. When you get those, go back to Khay'Ji for the quest:
Go back to The Heap and kill Warp-Raider Nessad(He'll have two adds). Best way to explain where he is to people without a coordinate mod, find the tent in The Heap where there's a goblin known as "N.S. Meancamp." From there, look southeast and you should see the parasol with the guy you're looking for and his two friends. Once he's dead return to Khay'Ji for the quest:
Go talk to Gahruj at Midrealm Post and he'll will give you the quest:
Collect 10 Boxes of Surveying Equipment laying around outside Manaforge Duuro and bring them back to Gahruj and he'll give you:
Head to Stormspire and speak to Nexus-Prince Haramad who'll give you the quest:
You will get a Triangulation Device you need to click on that will give you Hunter's Mark will point at the thing you need. Use it northeast of Manaforge Ultris approximately at the fork in the road. The turn in point is at the camp near the NW bridge off the same islandJust run up to it and its complete. Turn this in to Dealer Hazzin and he'll give you:
This is pretty much the same as the first yet this time you'll be going southeast of Manaforge Ara near two blood elf carts and a red crystal. The turn in point is at the camp back across the bridge at the east of the island. Head to report this to Wind Trader Tuluman for quest:
Head to the Ruins of Farahlon and kill the level 70 Elite named Culuthas to get a shard. Once you have it, bring it back to Nexus-Prince Haramad and watch the as 3 blood elves come in demanding the crystal back. Kill them then speak to the Prince again to get quest...
He lets you use his teleporter to go directly to Shattrath. Speak to A'dal. Turning in this quest and gets you a nice piece of armor and another quest:
Now you need to do Tempest Keep dungeons. The top shard is dropped from a Warp Splinter in The Botanica. The bottom off of Pathaleon the Calculator (insert fangirl squee here) in The Mechanar. Get those and return to A'dal who will give you the key and some more armor.
